Excellent book alright, but views of Eqbal Ahmed (RIP) are no longer relevant. Indeed, US has played its role in abetting terrorism in the Arab world to pursue its dirty agenda, but it is also undisputable that Islamic terrorism no longer stems from the feeling of resentment in Muslims for Western governments' rash and insensitive foreign policies. Terrorism today is a direct result of radical and ridiculous religious ideologies and failure of Arab countries to re-invent their economies.
